  34. The sprite files contained in this package are intended as replacements
  35. for some of the sprites included in the RISC OS ROMs and on the application
  36. discs which accompanied RISC OS 3.1. The sprites are designed to rely less
  37. on the English language to convey information and don't mimic the old
  38. Archimedes blue/orange/red logo. Versions are included for low-resolution
  39. (2x4 pixel), high-resolution(2x2 pixel) and high-resolution mono screen
  40. modes.

  42. The sprites were produced by Owen whilst working at Acorn and are freely
  43. redistributable. Copyright remains Owen's, however.
